Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center. In this part-time role with a weekend commitment, you will play a crucial role in our Renal Dialysis Program, providing state-of-the-art care for end-stage renal disease patients. Working during the day shift from 5:00am to 1:30pm, you will lead a team in delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient care to diverse patients.
- Guide and develop staff members, ensuring adherence to healthcare policies and regulations.
- Deliver clinical patient care and supervise treatments for optimal patient well-being.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license required.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification and CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
