Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center's Renal Dialysis Program. This role involves providing urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients with a focus on delivering high-quality care within a caring and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for providing clinical direction to staff members and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for a variety of patients, including those with complex needs.
- Develop professionally to enhance patient outcomes.
- Supervise staff members and provide clinical patient care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills required.
