Job Description
We are looking to hire a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part-time with a weekend commitment. This position offers a day shift from 5:00am-1:30pm in Baltimore, MD, providing attentive and cutting-edge care in our Renal Dialysis Program. Renal nurses at Grace Medical Center are pivotal in delivering urgent treatments for end-stage renal disease patients, focusing on clinical excellence with a commitment to professional growth and better patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient care to a diverse patient population.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members and ensure adherence to healthcare policies and procedures.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming care environment for patients requiring dialysis treatments, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience with at least twelve months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care settings.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Preferably CNN or CDN certified.
- Supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Grace Medical Center's specific applications within 60 days of employment.
