Job Description
LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This part-time position requires a commitment to day shifts with weekend availability. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, delivering state-of-the-art care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction and patient care for a shift of patients in accordance with healthcare policies and guidelines.
- Care for increasingly complex patients, focusing on professional growth and improving patient outcomes.
- Supervise staff members and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license or Compact Licensure.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience with specific experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification required; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
