Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center, a part of LifeBridge Health, located in Baltimore, MD. This part-time position involves a weekend commitment with a day shift from 5:00am to 1:30pm.
Job Summary:
As a Renal Registered Nurse at Grace Medical Center, you will be an integral part of our Renal Dialysis Program, providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. Your role will involve offering state-of-the-art care in a warm environment for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients. The Dialysis Clinic operates Monday through Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical direction to staff members.
- Offer clinical patient care for a shift of patients according to healthcare policies and guidelines.
- Demonstrate competence and proficiency in expanding nursing knowledge and skills.
- Focus on improving patient outcomes and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN preferred.
- Supervisory experience desirable.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
