Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center. This part-time position with a weekend commitment offers day shifts from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse with us, you will be an integral part of our Renal Dialysis Program, providing innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. You will have the opportunity to work in a warm and welcoming environment, delivering state-of-the-art care for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients. Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient care to a variety of complex patients.
- Develop professionally and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members and ensure high-quality patient care following healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience with at least twelve months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care settings.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
