Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction and patient care for a shift of renal patients.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Continuously expand nursing knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience including med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
