Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As a part-time Staff Nurse, you will be an essential part of our Renal Dialysis Program, providing state-of-the-art care to end-stage renal disease patients in a warm and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing patient care, ensuring adherence to healthcare policies and regulations, and providing clinical direction to staff members.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical patient care for a shift of renal patients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, OSHA, CMS, and other regulations.
• Offer guidance and support to staff members.
• Participate in the on-going improvement of patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with a focus on med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience desirable.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
