The Renal Dialysis Program at Grace Medical Center provides innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients in a warm and welcoming environment. As a Staff Nurse in the Dialysis Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering state-of-the-art care to patients requiring acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis services.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical patient care for a shift of patients in accordance with healthcare policies and regulations.
- Deliver prompt and competent care to a variety of complex patients.
- Develop professional growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Supervise staff members and ensure adherence to healthcare guidelines.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med-surg, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
