Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Replacement Sales Consultant to join Pella DFW & West Texas. As a Replacement Sales Consultant, you will present the Pella Promise to homeowners, offering a seamless installation experience for replacement windows and striving for 100% customer satisfaction. Your role will involve delivering structured sales presentations, providing price quotes, and following up on customer inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Present Pella solutions effectively during in-home consultations.
  • Work towards closing sales during all customer interactions.
  • Ensure accuracy of quotes and orders following company procedures.
  • Respond to customer concerns promptly, aiming for first-time issue resolution.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Pella products and services and monitor industry trends.
  • Follow up with customers after sales, and generate leads and referrals.
  • Represent Pella at events and engage in networking opportunities.
  • Effectively manage customer interactions and communication using database tools.

Physical Requirements

This position involves driving, standing, walking, and occasional lifting. It requires good vision and the ability to handle various physical tasks.

Travel

While most travel is local, you should be able to drive to different locations for showroom visits, job sites, and company events.
