Job Description

Cassia, a faith-based nonprofit organization with over 200 years of experience, is seeking an experienced RN, Director of Health Services (DHS) to join Meadowview of Davenport in Davenport, Iowa. As the Director of Health Services, you will lead the clinical team in providing exceptional care to residents and ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $85,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessment of potential residents.
• Oversee nursing care for Assisted Living residents.
• Create and implement individual Care Plans.
• Ensure residents' rights are protected and advocate on their behalf.
• Manage fiscal responsibilities within budgetary constraints.
• Provide training to nursing personnel and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Supervise nursing staff and maintain high care standards.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.
• Supervisory and Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
