Job Description: Senior Development Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join Enterprise Community Partners as a Senior Development Officer. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Director, Development, to devise and execute fundraising strategies, cultivate relationships with funders, and contribute to the organization's overall fundraising goals. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies in collaboration with program staff.
• Cultivate relationships with corporate, foundation, and government funders.
• Write and submit proposals, reports, and stewardship documents.
• Manage funder records and communications in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of corporate and foundation fundraising experience.
• Proven track record in securing significant gifts.
• Bachelor's degree required with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Total Rewards

• Base salary: $93,000 to $103,000.
