Senior OnBase Developer

Job Description

Join Princeton University as a Senior OnBase Developer and be part of our central IT team. You will play a crucial role in supporting, developing, and integrating solutions on the OnBase by Hyland enterprise platform. Working collaboratively and independently, you will develop, test, debug, and maintain solutions for our campus users. This hybrid work environment offers an exciting opportunity to provide first-level application support, troubleshoot operational issues, and enhance campus users' experience with OnBase.

Responsibilities

• Enhance OnBase solutions using API, C#, and VBScript.
• Develop interfaces between OnBase and other applications for seamless integration.
• Utilize Workflow, WorkView, and Unity Forms within OnBase.
• Create technical requirements and solution designs based on functional needs.
• Maintain and refine existing content management solutions.
• Build reports using Hyland Report Services and custom SQL scripts.
• Support OnBase application administration tasks and project delivery.
• Lead projects and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years as an OnBase developer.
• Experience in SDLC methodology, ECM, and SQL scripting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Preferred certifications and knowledge of OnBase, Service Now, and SharePoint.
