Responsibilities:
- Lead projects focused on discovery, development, and manufacturing of advanced therapies.
- Manage multiple workstreams and sub-projects, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Collaborate across functions to establish project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate team meetings and maintain project management tools for progress tracking.
- Communicate with clients to integrate timelines and deliverables effectively.
Experience Required:
- Degree in a scientifically relevant field; B.S., M.S., or Ph.D.
- 8+ years of relevant experience for B.S., 6+ years for M.S., 3+ years for Ph.D.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience in driving projects related to advanced therapies is preferred.
