Store Manager Trainee/Parts Specialist

Job Description

Come join Colliflower Inc., a leading Parker Hannifin distributor of hoses and fittings, as a Store Manager Trainee/Parts Specialist. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the fluid connector business and Colliflower's operations. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive education and training covering various areas including customer service, inventory management, sales, product knowledge, hose assembly, and facility management. Training will be conducted at different store and hub locations to facilitate your development.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Identify appropriate product solutions for customers under the guidance of the Store Manager.
• Assemble products and crimp hoses according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Assist with inventory management, product stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and a quality work ethic.
• Organizational and math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Work in a workshop environment using standard office equipment and tools.
• Exposed to noise from equipment and occasional odors.
