Water Research Facility Lead - Water/Wastewater Industry

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Water Research Facility Lead specializing in the water/wastewater industry to join Parkson Corp.'s dynamic team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions using Parkson technologies to enhance offerings for municipal and industrial customers. Your primary responsibilities include conducting pilot performance testing, analyzing data, developing testing protocols, and providing technical reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Water Research Facility.
• Develop test protocols in collaboration with Product and Regional Sales Managers.
• Coordinate pilot study activities and generate detailed reports.
• Maintain laboratory equipment to meet quality standards.
• Support sales efforts through field activities and market development.
• Provide technical input for product testing and customer projects.
• Manage all pilot activities, including equipment setup and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical, chemical, environmental).
• Proficiency in MS Office; ISO9001 knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in water/wastewater treatment market and hands-on field service preferred.
• Strong understanding of water chemistry and treatment processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Travel

Ability to travel up to 70%.
