Silver Diner Development, LLC is looking for a Bartender to join our energetic team and deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding service, crafting delicious beverages, and contributing to our dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional guest service by promptly greeting, serving, and attending to guests' needs.
- Mix and serve beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Handle POS transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing stemware and arranging displays.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Bartending experience.
- State alcohol compliance certification.
- Exceptional guest service skills and communication abilities.
- Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities.
