Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Job Description

We are ITECH Holding LLC, a trusted security solutions integrator specializing in customized security systems for various business sectors. Currently, we are looking for a Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The role involves coordinating, scheduling, and routing Field Service Technicians across the continental U.S. to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Effectively plan, route, and schedule trips to meet operational and sales goals.
• Review work orders, production schedules, job complexity, and urgency notes to determine job routes and technician assignments.
• Manage scheduling changes and coordinate equipment availability with job scheduling.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, internal staff, and contractors regarding scheduling matters.
• Build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience in dispatch or customer service (3+ years).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
