Job Description

Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our mission-driven team providing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a caregiver at Sevita, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others, develop meaningful relationships, and support individuals in achieving their personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support participants in community engagement and recreational activities.
• Help individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of the individuals under your care.

Requirements

• No High School Diploma required.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable behaviors.
• Driver's license preferred but not required.
