Job Description

Hornblower - City Experiences is looking for a Fine Dining Hospitality Server to join our team in Washington, DC. As a Fine Dining Server, you will provide exceptional hospitality, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable experience for our guests aboard our cruises.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality following our RESPECT service system.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas and service stations.
• Participate in guest celebrations and entertainment experiences.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas.
• Accurately handle payments and provide information to guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant preferred.
• Energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work without sitting for extended periods.
• Willingness to lift heavy items and work on holidays.
