We are looking for a dedicated Member Service Representative to join our team at GreenState Credit Union. In this role, you will be the front line of customer service, providing exceptional support to our members and promoting our credit union's values.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Credit Union Service Standards and embody GreenState's mission and vision.
• Demonstrate positive member service focus both internally and externally.
• Build and maintain member relationships by identifying their financial needs and offering appropriate products and services.
• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in community service events to enrich the community.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the Credit Union positively.
• High energy with excellent customer engagement skills.
• Thorough knowledge of deposit products and regulations.
• Proficiency in cash handling and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
