REGISTERED NURSE -RN - School Nursing Per Diem

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a Per Diem basis at a well-established school district in Nashua, NH. In this position, you will work collaboratively with providers to deliver exceptional patient care, utilizing your skills and knowledge to promote patient independence and ensure a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient care.
• Maintain knowledge of current clinical practices and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Promote patient independence and resolve patient needs effectively.
• Communicate proficiently and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting.
• Registered Nursing degree and active RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB test.
• Proficiency in English language skills and basic computer skills.
