Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Psychiatric Nursing team at FirstHealth of the Carolinas. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional mental health and substance abuse care for our patients. As an RN, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including discharge planners, case managers, and therapists, to ensure the well-being and recovery of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mental health care services to patients.

• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Continuous learning and improvement to meet the demands of the nursing profession.

Requirements

• Valid NC RN License or Compact State RN License.
• 1 year of Med/Surg or Behavioral Services experience preferred.
• BCLS certification required.
• Commitment to obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree within five years of employment.
