Job Description

The Close Up Foundation is seeking an Operation Control Agent to provide weekend office coverage for participants during travel to and from programs. As a crucial part of the transportation team, you will be responsible for re-accommodations, emergency transportation issues, and ensuring open communication among various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide office support for transportation team members.
  • Handle emergency transportation issues, rebooking, and staff assignments.
  • Respond to customer questions and travel emergencies via phone.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address any arising issues.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the airline and hospitality industry.
  • Two years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills for phone and email correspondence.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and good judgment.
