Job Description
The Close Up Foundation is seeking an Operation Control Agent to provide weekend office coverage for participants during travel to and from programs. As a crucial part of the transportation team, you will be responsible for re-accommodations, emergency transportation issues, and ensuring open communication among various departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide office support for transportation team members.
- Handle emergency transportation issues, rebooking, and staff assignments.
- Respond to customer questions and travel emergencies via phone.
- Collaborate with other departments to address any arising issues.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the airline and hospitality industry.
- Two years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills for phone and email correspondence.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and good judgment.
