2nd Shift LPN - Shift Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift LPN - Shift Supervisor to join us at Hope Network Behavioral Health. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical needs of our residents, coordinating care with external medical entities, and mentoring floor staff to provide exemplary care. Responsibilities

• Assist nursing team with medication dispensing and monitoring.
• Provide training and assistance in activities of daily living for residents.
• Coordinate infection control and quality assurance procedures.
• Act as a liaison with medical providers, guardians, residents, and staff.
• Support the development and implementation of individual treatment plans.

Requirements

• Active State of Michigan Practical Nurse Licensure (LPN).
• Prior experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
