Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team at Michigan Milk Producers Association. As an Engineering Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and repairing production and process equipment. The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and possess excellent interdepartmental communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot machines through PLC code (Primarily Rockwell / Allen Bradley).
- Utilize electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics for machine troubleshooting.
- Support the maintenance team in equipment repairs.
- Collaborate with operators and supervisors to enhance existing systems.
- Assist maintenance supervisor in team leadership when required.
- Provide engineering support for third-shift projects.
- Communicate unresolved issues to the day shift maintenance and engineering teams.
Experience
- Relevant experience: 2-5 years (Preferred).
- PLC experience: 2-5 years (Preferred).
