Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Academic Instructor to join our team at Career Systems Development Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting academic classes and helping students achieve their educational goals. You will create a positive and motivating classroom environment while following curriculum guidelines and ensuring student progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage academic classes
• Help students achieve educational milestones
• Maintain discipline and rapport within the classroom
• Utilize curriculum resources effectively
• Track student performance and progress
• Complete necessary documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Certification to teach in the state
• Experience working with disadvantaged youth preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire students
• CPR/First Aid Certification required

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, see, hear, speak, and perform other physical activities as needed

Environmental Demands

Ability to operate office equipment, read and write at a college level, and collaborate with team members
