Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team at Hirose Electric USA. As an Account Manager, your role will involve managing sales activities within a specified business segment, driving sales growth, and executing strategic corporate directives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with targeted accounts.
  • Develop sales strategies for specific target accounts.
  • Create and deliver customized product presentations, incorporating 2D and 3D modeling as needed.
  • Lead selling strategies on key opportunities to secure successful design wins.
  • Provide customer support throughout the product build-out process.
  • Monitor product production, anticipate customer needs, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals within the designated territory.
  • Implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue, penetration, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage accounts to position Hirose Electric USA as a key supplier for current and future business opportunities.
  • Develop a global account strategy and oversee its execution by the sales team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer focus groups to drive product development and business opportunities.
