Job Description
We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join the Areté Collective/Denton House Design Studio team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior architects and project managers to produce high-quality architectural designs and contract documents for multifamily residential projects. You will be responsible for coordinating design efforts, overseeing construction administration, and ensuring project success through innovative thinking and professional communication.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers in a studio environment.
- Assist in completing full sets of contract documents and project schedules.
- Coordinate design efforts with internal teams and external consultants.
- Lead construction administration activities and ensure project compliance.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of architectural design and construction administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture (Master's degree preferred).
- Registered architect desired.
- Expertise in large-scale multifamily developments and Affordable Housing Tax Credits.
- Proficient in REVIT, Lumion, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of codes, consultants' coordination, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead project teams.
