Architectural Designer - Multifamily
Denton House Design Studio, LLC is looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join Areté Collective/Denton House team. You will play a key role in creating high-end hospitality, commercial, and multifamily residential projects that inspire wonder and connect communities. As part of a globally recognized firm, you will work on projects that respect nature, sustainability, and culture.
Responsibilities
- Produce visioning and conceptual architectural designs.
- Create quality contract design documents.
- Coordinate internal team design efforts into drawings and specifications.
- Assist project managers and senior architects in project execution.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of architectural design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Master's degree preferred.
- Direct experience with large-scale multifamily developments.
- Proficiency in REVIT, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
