Assistant Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team at GoldOller Real Estate Investments. In this role, you will collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure the operational and financial success of our residential property, focusing on leasing, marketing, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Manage rent collection and resident accounts following company standards.
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.
• Address resident issues and escalate to Community Manager when necessary.
• Conduct apartment inspections and handle deposit accountings.
• Support staff in day-to-day community operations in the absence of the Community Manager.
• Familiarize prospective residents with the local area.
• Additional duties as outlined in the job description.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RealPage products like OneSite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management laws.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in leasing, customer service, or property management preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and lift up to 20lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
