We are looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join Enterprise Community Partners as part of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing financial models, conducting analyses, and supporting the company's strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities

  • Create financial reports and models to support business strategies.
  • Administer the Adaptive Planning software platform.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators and financial metrics.
  • Enhance the reporting capabilities of the FP&A team.
  • Continuous process improvement and business analysis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for business improvements based on analysis.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in FP&A or Finance/Accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience with data analysis, trend identification, and reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of Workday Financials or ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective project management abilities.
  • Strong quantitative skills and ability to meet deadlines.
