Job Description

Healing Haven LLC is currently seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 therapy to children with autism, helping to develop their communication, socialization, and play skills.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior analysis programs during therapy sessions under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Execute Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each client.
  • Stay informed on client programming and apply recommendations during therapy sessions.
  • Train new staff on Applied Behavior Analysis practices and company-specific protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and service hours.
  • Adhere to data collection guidelines and record behavior analysis programming.
  • Ensure consistent attendance to avoid therapy disruptions.
  • Participate in activities related to oversight of company programs and employee development.
  • Obtain and maintain RBT and QBS Safety-Care Training certifications.

Minimum Requirements

  • No Bachelor's Degree required; preferred.
  • Professional references.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Clean criminal history.
  • Respect and maintain confidentiality for all clients.
  • Physical capabilities including walking, running, lifting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with professionals and colleagues.

Compensation

Starting wage: $17-22 per hour.
