We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join Wallace Company, part of Carolinas Staffing Solutions, Inc. This full-time position in Wallace, NC, offers a base salary plus commission for a customer service-oriented individual looking to build a career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and drive sales.
• Work full-time hours, including weekends, within store operational hours.
• Maintain a professional appearance following the company dress code.
• Pass required background screening and drug testing.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred, but strong customer service skills are welcomed.
• Ability to work within a flexible schedule and retail hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of $12 per hour plus commission. Additional benefits include 401(k), dental and health insurance, paid time off, and more.
