Capture Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Capture Manager to join Middle River Aerostructure Systems, a world-leading manufacturer of aerostructures and thrust reversers for the aerospace industry. As the Capture Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic capture campaigns across aerospace and defense, securing new contracts, and managing business development activities to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capture strategies in alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the capture process to secure new contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful proposal submissions.
• Conduct customer and competitive assessments to identify key win themes and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Management with 5 years of experience in Business Development or Capture Management.
• Knowledge of commercial and USG contracts, acquisition processes, and competitive pricing strategies.
• Ability to travel occasionally (less than 40%) and obtain USG Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM or Business Administration preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with technical and business acumen.
• Experience in Aerostructures or Airframes industry with DoD customers is a plus.
