Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and enhancing the quality of life for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, provide assistance with daily living activities.
• Monitor and communicate changes in residents' conditions, recommend care adjustments.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe living environment.
• Support residents during dining and life-enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma; certifications may be required per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
