• Engage residents in enriching activities and support their independence.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work collaboratively.
• High School diploma or equivalent; certification as required.
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
