Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team in providing high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily living activities, and ensure their well-being while upholding Sunrise's hospitality standards. Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and families, attend to care needs, and understand individual preferences.
• Update Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and engage residents in enriching activities.
• Ensure resident safety, dining needs, and compliance with community regulations.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
