Job Description

As a Caregiver at Sunrise Senior Living, you will have the incredible privilege of brightening the lives of our residents every day. Our Care Manager position involves providing exceptional care and services to a dedicated group of seniors and their families in our assisted living communities.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, attending to individual care needs and preferences.
• Notify management of changes in residents' conditions and recommend appropriate adjustments in care.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Engage residents in life-enriching activities and maintain Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High School diploma or GED; certifications may be required depending on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
