Sunrise Senior Living is seeking passionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Support residents in life skills and enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
