Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join Goodwill Industries of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. In this role, you will plan and manage individualized services in vocational, personal, and social skills for assigned employment participants. You will lead support employment staff in providing quality services and support while continuously monitoring and modifying service plans to ensure progress.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individual service plans based on participant goals.
  • Inform funding sources of plan changes for timely billing.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and implement solutions.
  • Provide personal and vocational counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy.
  • Assist with training and development of coaches.
  • Coordinate disability education, skill development, and job modifications.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn databases.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.
