As a premier property management company in the Greater Seattle area, Indigo Real Estate is seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to ensure properties adhere to affordable housing program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the meticulous review and processing of Tax Credit certification paperwork.
• Generate monthly compliance reports and update Yardi software with critical property details.
• Conduct audits on property files and leasing activities to guarantee compliance with Indigo standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Tax Credit or affordable housing programs with a keen understanding of LIHTC program requirements.
• Familiarity with YARDI Voyager, WBARS, or equivalent systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in a compliance-focused role within the property management industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
