As a Compliance Manager, you will oversee the review and processing of Tax Credit certification paperwork to ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements. Your role includes generating compliance reports, updating critical property details in Yardi software, and conducting audits to guarantee adherence to Indigo standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Tax Credit certification paperwork.
• Generate compliance reports and update property details in Yardi software.
• Conduct audits on property files and leasing activities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Tax Credit or affordable housing programs.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.
• At least 2 years of compliance-focused experience in property management.
• High School Diploma and a valid driver's license.
