Job Description

Join the TPC Network team as a Cook I at TPC Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Cook I, you will be responsible for basic food preparation, maintenance of equipment, and ensuring high standards of quality and sanitation in the kitchen. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safe food handling procedures, and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality food production to ensure member/guest satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, storage, and dumpster areas.
• Cook and prepare foods as directed by the culinary team.
• Follow procedures to maintain a sanitary workspace.
• Adhere to all established guidelines and standards set by PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen maintenance operations.
• At least 6 months of similar experience or culinary trades training.
