As a To Go specialist, you will be responsible for merchandising, fulfilling food and beverage orders, generating sales, and maintaining a positive brand image while delivering exceptional customer experiences at one of the busiest restaurants in America.

Position Overview

• Provide exceptional Silver Diner hospitality to guests.
• Properly merchandise display cases and maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and POS functions.
• Ensure all guest orders are delivered accurately and suggestively sell to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest promptly and deliver orders 100% correct.
• Maintain awareness of all menu items and ensure proper merchandising.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Effectively communicate guest requests to management.
• Adhere to uniform standards and brand delivery guidelines.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional aptitude for guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet schedule requirements including weekends and holidays.
• High sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
