Job Description
Heritage Health in Idaho is seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients in alignment with national guidelines, embracing our mission of delivering hope, inspiring change, and extending life.
Responsibilities
- Examine and treat patients of all ages with a focus on dental care, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in patient charting and record-keeping.
- Develop positive relationships with patients, families, vendors, and other dental staff members.
Requirements
- Completion of ADA-accredited dental program (DDS or DMD).
- Active Idaho dental license and BLS certification.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations.

Primary Accountabilities
- Provide high-quality dental treatment to enhance patient well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Dentist will be responsible for scheduling care visits, delivering various dental services, administering medications, providing oral health education, and participating in community programs. They will also oversee equipment and supply usage, contribute to provider productivity standards, attend meetings and trainings, and support quality improvement initiatives.
Regular attendance and participation in staff activities are crucial, as well as demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
