We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead our culinary and hospitality team at The Equinox Resort. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for achieving marketing, sales, profitability, and service quality goals for the Food & Beverage Department. Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate and lead a team of front-of-house food and beverage management professionals.
• Develop, recommend, and manage budgets, marketing plans, and objectives.
• Act as a key member of the Executive Committee, contributing to overall resort management.
• Implement and maintain Food & Beverage sales/marketing programs.
• Oversee recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of associates.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure efficient guest service.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain quality control standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards.
• Maintain effective communication with Corporate Staff.
• Coach and counsel associates to uphold brand service standards.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• 6+ years of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience.
• Strong presentation skills and service-oriented.
• At least 3 years of senior leadership experience in a resort environment.
• Preferably hold a Hotel/Hospitality degree.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in implementing new Food & Beverage concepts is a plus.
