Facilities Equipment Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Facilities Equipment Engineer to join Middle River Aerostructure Systems, a world-leading manufacturer in the aerospace industry. As a Facilities Equipment Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing industrial equipment availability through predictive and preventative measures, coordinating with maintenance supervisors, and establishing uptime performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support and update equipment listings to maximize uptime.
• Define and secure critical spares for production equipment.
• Maintain appropriate levels of equipment spares and track purchase orders.
• Assist in developing maintenance budgets and identifying cost savings opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and VBA tools.
• Basic understanding of CNC and Robotic equipment.
• Desired Characteristics: 3+ years' experience in Aerospace Assembly, knowledge of Continuous Improvement practices, CAD design, and inventory management.
