Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of room attendants and ensure exceptional customer service for our guests. If you have experience in the hospitality industry and enjoy maintaining high cleanliness standards, this role is for you.
Starting Pay
$18 to $19 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule
Must be flexible, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Oversee staff daily.
- Ensure cleanliness in rooms, common areas, stairways, and lounge areas.
- Schedule shifts and arrange replacements when needed.
- Establish cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards.
- Motivate team members and resolve job-related issues.
- Handle customer complaints and special requests.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock.
- Participate in major cleaning projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with cleaning tasks for large organizations.
- Proficient in the use of industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Physical stamina to meet job demands.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma is a plus.
