Responsibilities

• Manage daily waste and recycling operations for multiple properties.
• Dispatch hauling services based on analysis and requirements.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and placement/removal of containers.
• Build relationships with customers and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Process work orders accurately and provide excellent follow-through.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Strong multitasking and adaptability skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
